Maintenance Operations Leader

First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader for its location in McElhattan, PA. The role will lead all maintenance team members and manage company assets to safely maximize machine equipment and its components. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of college courses, five years' experience in a maintenance role, and two years of experience in a leadership capacity.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of college courses (preferred)
• Minimum of five years' experience within maintenance role (preferred)
• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge and/or experience with CMMS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel)
