Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical client services at a B2B SaaS, data, or analytics company
- Demonstrated track record of managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of how investors, financial institutions, and corporations make decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
