Job Description
The Senior Manager, Insurance Services leads a team of Licensed Servicing Agents and Insurance Associates. This position oversees and manages the daily operations of the department and ensures that procedures and practices are in alignment with credit union expectations.
Requirements

- Analyze, measure, and track service agent performance
- Develop strategies to optimize policy retention and cross-sale of additional insurance products
- Maintain positive and constructive relationships with insurance carriers and vendors
- Recognize and mitigate risk within department
