Lead a team, analyze and track performance, develop retention strategies, maintain relationships, and mitigate risk

Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in contract management, familiarity with financial services industry

High school diploma, 5+ years sales experience, and commercial insurance knowledge required

3+ years of client-facing experience in investment or wealth management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to use discretion and judgment when working with clients
