Job Description
This role involves acting as a primary point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders, identifying potential candidates, coordinating performance metrics, and ensuring vendors deliver on contractual obligations. The Head of Vendor Management will manage the vendor lifecycle, collaborate with business units, and drive performance improvements. It's an internal stakeholder role that also manages vendor risk.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 10 - 13 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with performance tracking and KPI management
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
