Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team and manage a retail store. This is a commission-based role requiring strong people management and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and foster a positive employee environment. They will also manage financial goals, training, and reporting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in working with POS systems and office machines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for automotive sales).
