Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their retail locations. The role involves leading and developing store employees, maximizing financial goals, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This position focuses on a customer-centric environment and requires assets protection.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong business sense.
