Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and support a team in achieving financial goals and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role involves day-to-day store operations, employee recruitment and development, and financial management. The position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work in multiple locations.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Strong work ethic and business sense.
