Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role focuses on leading and developing employees, managing customer relations, and maximizing financial goals, primarily through a commission structure. Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in multiple locations and weekends/holidays.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detailed and strong organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Cash handling experience
