Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a retail store. The position focuses on building a positive and productive store environment, attracting top talent, maximizing financial goals, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with FirstCash standards.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
