Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The role involves managing daily store operations, attracting/retaining top talent, and maximizing financial goals. It requires a focus on a customer-centric environment and working with diverse merchandise including tools, electronics, and firearms.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be proficient with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
