Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their Team. This is a full-time, hourly position offering a hybrid schedule with opportunities for 8% commission based on top store performance, vacation, sick pay, and a 401k matching program. The position involves store operations, employee development, financial management, customer relations, and upholding FirstCash's asset protection program.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and be certified.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
