Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role involves daily store operations, employee management, achieving financial goals, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The position offers an hourly wage with potential for commission based on sales and a bonus based on overall performance.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
