Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team, offering a comprehensive commission structure and perks. Requirements
- Facilitate a customer-centric environment.
- Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Manage store finances, including accounting and budgeting.
- Communicate with employees.
- Ability to work in various locations, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
