Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The role involves managing daily operations, promoting a positive store environment, recruiting and retaining talented employees, and achieving financial goals. The position offers both a fixed hourly rate and commission potential based on productivity and store performance.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Strong analytical, cash handling, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and business sense
