Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail store. The role involves managing employees, analyzing financial statements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing a customer-centric environment. This position focuses on maximizing profitability through employee growth and sales activities, with opportunities for commission based on performance.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others
- Ability to work in multiple locations
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
