Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and grow a team, manage store operations, and maximize profitability. The role involves overseeing customer interactions, ensuring financial goals are met, and developing top talent. The manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and reporting.
Requirements
- Willingness to perform duties for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Ability to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
