Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a team, promote a positive environment, and manage Customer Relations/Customer Satisfaction. The role involves overseeing daily operations, recruiting, retaining talent, maximizing financial goals, and managing assets. A manager on duty position with assistant store management responsibilities is included.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detailed and strong organizational skills.
