Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the store, promoting a positive environment, and managing customer relations. The manager will be responsible for implementing a customer-centric approach, overseeing employee training and development, and driving financial goals. They will work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work in multiple locations.
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
