Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for day-to-day store operations, employee management, financial goals, and customer relations, aiming for a customer-centric environment. The position involves analyzing financial statements and promoting profitability.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Computer literate.
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.
