Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, manage customer relations, and ensure financial goals are met. This role is customer-centric and requires a strong understanding of financial statements. The Assistant Store Manager will work with various jewelry and general merchandise and analyze store finances.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods.
- Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
