Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their Team! This role involves day-to-day store operations, hiring and training employees, and maximizing financial goals. The company offers a commission-based structure with potential for high earnings. This position requires a customer-centric approach and collaboration with Store Management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to stand, stoop, walk, climb, push, pull, and lift.
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends and holidays).
- Computer literate and proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent work ethic and business sense.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Cash handling experience.
