Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead and support a team of sales associates in a retail setting. The role involves daily store operations, employee training, customer relations, and financial goals. A potential hourly wage is based on productivity, with additional commission potential for strong performers.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties and tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work in multiple locations and weekends/holidays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literacy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
