Job Description
We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The position offers an hourly wage, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will be able to greet and interact with customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and common office machines
