Retail Sales Associate - 2118

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business.

Requirements

• Greet and interact with customers to develop a rapport
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies
• Handle cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies
• Answer incoming calls per company standards
• Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions
