We are seeking a Store Manager Trainee with a minimum of six (6+) months of Store Management experience to join our team. The role involves leading and developing store employees, recruiting and retaining top talent, maximizing financial goals, and managing Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- Cash handling experience is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
