Job Description
FirstEnergy is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner with strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a strategic advisor to functional business leaders. This role will focus on financial insights, driving performance, supporting strategic decisions, and aligning financial objectives with business goals. It will report to the Manager, Financial Services and require in-person reporting to one of the FirstEnergy Corporate offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, Economics or a related field
- 10+ years' relevant work experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong financial systems knowledge (Excel, SAP)
- Analytical, modeling and problem-solving abilities
- Financial thinking and a proactive approach
