Job Description
FirstEnergy is seeking a Rates Analyst to support the development of rate filings and compliance filings. The role will involve interaction with various organizations and external regulatory bodies, requiring excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Rates, Regulatory (FERC or State), Finance, or Accounting
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and identifying process improvements
- Ability to travel for business and perform after hours, on-call required outage reporting activities
