Job Description
FirstEnergy is seeking a Supervisor Transmission Project Development - Portfolio Management to oversee project development project managers within the Portfolio Management Department. The role is responsible for ensuring team commitment to safety and environmental compliance, supervising project managers, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project organization with background in engineering, finance, project management, construction, or project controls
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and sound judgment for accurate decision-making
