This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Co., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. The selected candidate may be offered a position within the same job family, at a level that is lower than what is posted. The position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and will be located at the FirstEnergy in Reading, PA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for exempt, professional-level positions
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills
- Sound interviewing, organizational, public relations, negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent presentation skills
- Broad knowledge of Employment Laws and HR Policies
- Strong project management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Possess strong team building skills and be a positive contributor in a team environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and internet research
- Able to work independently with a high level of professionalism and motivation
- Able to maintain composure in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships with a broad range of individuals at various levels of the organization
- Available to work before and after standard office hours as work requires
- Able to travel to attend career events and conferences when necessary
