The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Firstmarkās digital communication strategies across various channels.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3ā5 years of handsāon experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media management
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM or member databases, and social publishing tools
- Strong writing, proofreading, and content creation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastāpaced environment
- Experience in financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with NPS programs, survey platforms, and SMS marketing tools
- Experience working with digital banking marketing modules or ināplatform content systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools
