Job Description
Financial Specialists work in a branch to assist members in face-to-face interactions, provide exceptional member service experience, and may provide supplementary phone support. They conduct proactive member interviews, provide advice and guidance on financial needs, and process member transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years financial institution experience or retail sales/customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable, warm, and friendly with members and coworkers
- Punctual and dependable in working scheduled hours
