Job Description
The Payment Systems Specialist will serve as the principal contact for staff and members while demonstrating enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service, processing various transactions, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in Payment Systems or related field
- Previous experience in a financial institution
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively under stress
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Previous general ledger reconciliation experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
