To serve as a full financial services advisor by providing appropriate savings, investment and estate planning advice to high income clients.
Requirements
- Inform and educate customers on products and services
- Advise on and provide support to ensure effective resolution of customer queries
- Analyse financial information to develop a financial plan or proposal
- Formulate proposals in cash management, risk needs, investment planning, estate planning, or other areas
- Achieve gross production target and sales targets
- Investigate available investment opportunities
- Review clients' financial plans regularly
- Provide regular reports on delivery of services
- Maintain expert knowledge on legislative amendments, industry best practices and FNB's internal compliance procedures
- Implement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes
- Maintain expert knowledge on all FirstRand approved products
- Ensure that the quality of advice remains high and consistent
- Contribute to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking and benchmarking
