Patient Financial Advocate

Patient Financial Advocate responsible for screening patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility assistance programs, providing information and reports to client contacts, and assisting patients with enrollment applications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in medical coding, medical billing, eligibility, or other pertinent medical experience
• Basic computer skills
• Previous customer service experience
