Job Description
FirstSteps is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Director to lead their clinical team, develop treatment plans, and contribute to their clinical curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Ph.D, BCBA credential, and at least one year of experience in a similar role.
