The Regional Clinic Director is responsible for ensuring that local families receive the best possible care from the Clinical and Administrative teams. This includes mentoring and managing the clinical team, facilitating collaboration between teams, and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and funding sources.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate required
- Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
- 3 years of exemplary performance in a similar leadership role
- Spanish-speaking preferred
