Job Description
Therapy & Beyond is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead a team of Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs in a clinical-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a behavior-related field, active BCBA certification, and at least 4 years of experience as a BCBA.
Requirements
- Masters in a Behavior related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Minimum 4 years experience as a BCBA
- Experience in a clinical treatment setting preferred
