Clinical Director | Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA

The Clinical Director manages a region, performing duties of other clinical positions, such as behavior supervisor, case manager, and administrative assistant. Responsibilities include supervision, training, and monitoring staff, as well as client care and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• BCBA Certification
• At least 3 years of certification as a BCBA
• At least 1-2 years supervising other BCBAs
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
• Experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism
• Experience training parents and technicians how to implement ABA interventions
