Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- At least 3 years of certification as a BCBA
- At least 1-2 years supervising other BCBAs
- Masterâs or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism
- Experience training parents and technicians how to implement ABA interventions
