Requirements
- 8-10 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master in FinTech world
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and Agile / Lean practices
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
- Scrum master certification. SaFe certification.
