Associate Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master who is not only an Agile expert but also passionate about harnessing AI to enable measurable efficiency gains within Agile delivery. As Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring delivery excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and proven ability to implement at scale
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation tools within Agile teams
