Job Description
Provide business and technical support to clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure SLA adherence as a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services software
- Experience in analysis, programming and issue resolution
- Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing and client systems
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
