Job Description
FIS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support clients by serving as their key technical point of contact, analyzing business requirements, documenting technical specifications, and helping clients make the best use of FIS solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in analysis, programming, or issue analysis within financial services software
- Strong understanding of card business, transaction processing or payment schemes
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize diverse workloads and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
