Job Description

Requirements
- Define system scope and objectives through research, analysis, and understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- Translate business and user requirements into detailed system and functional specifications
- Analyze industry, technology, and marketplace trends, vendor products, and best practices
- Evaluate solution options, including cost/benefit and ROI analysis
- Design or modify complex information systems aligned to business needs and industry standards
- Train internal teams and external clients on new systems, changes, or procedures (oneātoāone or classroom)
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and quality review for less experienced business systems analysts
