Job Description
Maintains knowledge of assigned clients and provides business and technical support, including issue resolution, consulting, and identifying revenue generating opportunities. Develops long-term relationships and supports higher level analysts on sub-components of major initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2-3 Years Relevant Experience
- Experience in analysis, issue resolution, problem solving, and troubleshooting errors with clients
- Ability to take technical information and make it business friendly
- Excellent communication skills
