Job Description
FIS is seeking a Corporate Counsel Sr Lead to join their Regulatory Legal team. The role will provide strategic counsel on complex regulatory issues impacting the Banking and Capital Markets divisions in the Americas region.
Requirements
- J.D. with active membership in at least one state bar
- Significant experience in U.S. regulatory legal and compliance matters
- Broad-based, excellent knowledge of U.S. banking, payments & capital markets regulations
- Experience dealing with US federal and state regulators
- Strong communication, research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions
