Corporate Counsel Sr Lead

The Senior Litigation Counsel role will manage complex litigation and dispute matters, provide strategic support for eDiscovery, and proactively identify and mitigate risk throughout the company. A background in technology, financial services, or banking is a plus.

Requirements

• Law degree, such as a Juris Doctor or other comparable degree and admission to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction
• Eight (8) or more years of legal experience with a primary focus on litigation and government investigations in a corporate in-house or law firm environment
• Experience with litigation, disputes, eDiscovery and investigations including from various government agencies, preferably as it relates to the financial services or financial technology industries
