Job Description
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will work with line managers to provide guidance and advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, performance, and grievance issues. You will conduct investigations, manage consultation actions, and handle terminations, while also delivering training programs and coaching managers on employee relations topics.
