Job Description
Provides 24 x 7 on-call support for production-related systems, develops scripts and test plans, and interfaces with internal clients and vendors to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Prior US banking or finance related experience
- Personal banking or mobile banking experience preferred
- Experience in Teller Deposits and Lending roles and applications
- Customer service oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
