Job Description
We are FIS, a technology company that powers the world's economy, and we are seeking a Representative Lead - Tax Accounting to join our team of tax professionals. As a Representative Lead, you will manage trust tax accounts, ensure accurate and timely processing of tax returns and filings, and solve complex business issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or commensurate business experience
- Typically, 5+ years of experience with US trust taxation
- Rewarding experience in Form 1041 (Trust Returns), Estate Returns, Foundation Returns, Gift Tax Returns
- Sound technical knowledge of US trust tax
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-volume workloads
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting team and departmental objectives
- Committed availability during tax seasons
